September 2005
Last week, eGaming Review published their
award shortlist that features all of the online gambling
site nominees from which one nominee of each category
will be declared the 2005 winners.
The shortlist features many household brands in the
online gambling industry such as Ladbrokes, Sportingbet,
Bodog, Party Gaming, 888 and William Hill. The 2005
Industry Awards hosted by eGaming Review will occur at
The Brewery, which is located in the heart of London,
England on the 4th of November.
There is a lot of competition this year, which always
makes the eGaming Review Industry Awards exciting for
both fans of online gambling, as well as for those sites
nominated in the online gambling industry. It is a great
honor to be declared the winner, as it says a lot about
the online casino or poker room who is victorious.
The following is a selection of the nominees that are
featured in the most important categories of the eGaming
Review Award Shortlists:
“Operator of the year” – 888.com, PartyGaming.com,
Ladbrokes.com, Bodog.com, SportingBet.com,
WilliamHill.com
“Best Poker Operator of the Year” – PokerRoom.com,
ParadisePoker.com, PartyPoker.com, PokerStars.com,
Ladbrokes.com
“Best Free-Play Poker Site of the Year” –

As you can see there are a number of online gambling
sites that are nominated for more than one category. For
instance, Ladbrokes, Poker Stars, Full Tilt Poker and
Bodog are each nominated in two categories in the above
listings.
To decide the final eGaming ReviewIndustry Awards 2005
winners, an independent panel of experts that are from
the egaming and leisure industries will be brought
together next month to make the decisions.
