Two Poker Deals are reached during the Revamp of Online Casino Group PartyGaming
16
November 2005
Party Gaming, the online casino and poker
group, is getting ready for the release of their new
upgraded service. In addition to this plan, Party Gaming
has also revealed that they have ended their partnership
with Coral Eurobet, and have managed to attain two of
their four partners. It appears that Party Gaming has
agreed to pay $14.5 million dollars to gain Mulitpoker,
and on top of that has purchased most of IntertopsPoker
for an estimated $4 million dollars.
These purchases made by Party Gaming will boost the
company’s current customer base by adding approximately
300 thousand players to their website. In addition, it
will also provide Party Gaming access to a whole new
brand of customer thanks to Multipoker’s Scandinavian
customers.
Furthermore, Party Gaming has excelled on the London
Stock Exchange, as news has spread that their shares
were up to 1.6 per cent to 93 pence, giving the group a
value that totals to an estimated 3.7 billion pounds.
This is excellent news for Party Gaming, especially
since they had been through some pretty rough times on
the stock exchange since they first floated back in
June.
The Chief Executive of Party Gaming, Richard Segal,
commented that Party Gaming now looks forward to the
Party-branded integrated platform that is set to be
released, next year, in the first half of 2006. This
platform will have many exciting new features including
a variety of fun and entertaining games for all of their
customers to enjoy.
There is no question that Party Gaming is taking a whole
new step in the online casino industry, and is certain
to impress players and companies alike.
