$180,000 P2P Blackjack Tournament Launched by GameAccount
7
November 2005
The world’s biggest
branded Blackjack tournament was recently launched by
GameAccount. Known as the “SuperCash TripleAce”, this
multicurrency jackpot ($180,000 - $240,000 - €150,000 -
£100,000) is anticipated to attract more than 16
thousand players for 130 countries, who will compete in
14 rounds of this skill-based and incredibly popular
Blackjack game.
In SuperCash TripleAce, an exceptionally skill-based
version of the Blackjack game, players compete in a
“Heads-Up!” tournament where they test their skills
against other online players instead of directly against
the House. All players begin the game with an imaginary
stack of chips that equal $10 thousand dollars, the
players’ objective is to build on this stack and make a
larger chip stack then their opponents. Players must
find a way to make the largest chip stack based on the
exact same sequence of cards that is dealt to all
players and the automated in-game dealer.
Due to the way this tournament is played, all Blackjack
players, regardless of their level of skill have an
equal opportunity of winning through their own cunning
edge of playing, as they do not have to compete in the
traditional way of going directly against the House.
Thus, the structure of this one-of-a-kind tournament
allows a massive number of players to take part as there
is only a minimal cost of an $18 buy-in. What’s more is
even though the buy-in amount is a bargain considering
the caliber of the tournament; players have maximum
opportunity of cash rewards that are paid out instantly.
This includes the grand prize which amounts to almost
$12 thousand dollars.
According to Meir Moses, the Marketing Manager of
GameAccount, the SuperCash tournament method is one that
has gained huge popularity among the gaming community.
Since August, the SuperCash brand has attracted massive
numbers of paid entries. Due to this success,
GameAccount has been able to multiply the cash prizes
tenfold!
